Main applications: This seal is primarily used in coal-fired steel plants and power plant boiler circulation water pumps for conveying boiler hot water.
Installation and usage requirements:
1.The radial runout of the equipment shaft should not exceed 0.04 mm, and axial movement should not exceed 0.1 mm;
2.The seal cavity of the equipment must be kept clean during installation. Seal components should be cleaned, and sealing surfaces must be intact to prevent impurities and dust from entering the seal area;
3.During installation, impact or striking is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the mechanical seal friction pair and causing seal failure;
4.During installation, apply a layer of clean mechanical oil to surfaces in contact with the seal to facilitate smooth installation;
5.When installing the stationary ring gland, tighten the screws evenly to ensure the stationary ring end face is perpendicular to the shaft centerline;
6.After installation, the rotating ring should be able to move flexibly along the shaft with some elasticity when pushed by hand;
7.After installation, manually rotate the shaft; it should feel smooth without any heaviness;
8.The equipment must be filled with media before operation to prevent dry friction and seal failure;
